IMF Flagship Reports Now Available

The April 2017 editions of the IMF’s World Economic Outlook, Global Financial Stability Report, and Fiscal Monitor have been released. IMF Publications would like to receive your feedback on these reports. See below for more information.

Published twice a year, the IMF’s World Economic and Financial Surveys are essential reading in today’s changing economic environment.

The World Economic Outlook provides an overview as well as more detailed analysis of the world economy and global economic developments in the medium and near terms. The report addresses topics of pressing current interest.

Arjun Appadurai

Arjun Appadurai is the Goddard Professor of Media, Culture and Communication at New York University and a Visiting Professor at Humboldt University in Berlin. He is an expert on globalisation, cities and migration. His most recent book is Banking on Words: The Failure of Language in the Age of Derivative Finance (University of Chicago Press, 2015).
